Planting trees in Junior high school for thanks the Vietnam family who treated me in Ninh Binh

Last Sunday when I walked on the road, suddenly I couldn’t stop the cough and I felt sick.Accoding to the medical examination, I have a inflammation of my lungs and bronchial tube. During few years, due to dramatical development in Vietnam, the air pollution became a one of the biggest problem, In addition lots of Vietnamnese get sich in the respiratory system.

In this body condition, I needed to stop my walking and take rest. Until now I am taking rest in Ninh Binh friend family hotel where helped me when I was walking in this area.

On 6th of Oct, I felt better little bit, Now I cant walk, but I could do something for Vietnam for that reason, so for my thank to the family whom help me, for Vietnam, I went to the junior high school, and presented the 2 trees and planted the two trees together.

Now my condition is that when I go out, and after 1 hour later, I felt bad. And still the Vietnam hot weather, I decided to leave Vietnam once, for little while for recover my body condition.

I am sorry that I have to leave on my halfway walking toward HO CHI MINGH. But I will come back soon and start walking again for Vietnam and for spread the Peace and Environmental message.

Thank you very much everytime concern. I will never give up for everybody and for the earth.

先週日曜日WALKをしている際、突然咳きが止まらなくなり、体調を崩してしまいました。
病院の診断結果によると、肺と気管支の炎症との事。ベトナムでは近年、急激な発展により、大気汚染が深刻化、それに伴い、呼吸器系の病気が急増しています。

そんな体の状態ではWALKが出来ない事から、NINH BINHという場所でお世話になった家族の看病を受けながら今迄休養をとっていました。そして体が少し回復したことから、看病してくれた家族に感謝する思い、そしてベトナムがより美しい環境になる思いをこめ、NINH BINHの中学校へ、二本の木をプレゼント、一緒に植樹をさせていただきました。

現在の体調はというと外に出ると一時間もしない内に、体の体調が悪くなってしまう現状、又、まだまだ暑い日々が続くベトナムの気候を考慮し、一旦、ベトナムを離れ、体の回復に努めたいと思います。

皆さんに心配をおかけし、本当に申し訳ありません。しかし必ず体を回復させ、walkを再開したいと思っています。

今現在の予定では今月１２月walkを再開する予定です。まずは体が第一、あせらずに行きたいと思います.

지난 일요일 제가 길을 걷고 있을 떼 갑자기 기침이 멎지 않게 되 그 떼부터 몸이 안 좋아졌습니다. 의사에 의하면 배과 기관지의 염증이라고 합니다. 현대 베트남은 급격한 발전떼문에 대기어염이 심해져 많은 베크남 사람들이 허흡기계의 병이 걸어 고생하고 있다고 합니다.

그 몸 상태에는 걸 수 가 없어 Ninh Binh라는 곳에서 도와주신 베트남 가족의 호텔에서 쉬고 있었습니다. 그 후 몸이 조금 좋아져 걷을 수 없어도 할 수 있는 것이 있다고 생각하여 그 가족께의 감사하는 마음 그리고 베트남이 더 아름다운 나라가 되기를 바라는 마음으로 중학교에 가 2그루의 나무를 선물하여 함께 식수ㅎ게 되였습니다.

지금 제몸은 한사간 밖에 나가면 몸이 안 좋아진 상태 그리고 아직 더운 날씨가 되고 있는 베트남의 날씨를 생각하여 알단 베트남을 떠나 몸의 회복에 힘을 쓰려고 합니다.

많은 분들에 걱정을 시켜 정말 죄송하고 그렇지만 반드시 다시 일어나 지구를 위해 모두 사람을 위해 걷기 시작할 것입니다.

지금의 계획는 12월 달에 베트남에 다시 가 걷기를 시작할 예정입니다.

Poor u,Yu-Ji ! Vietnameses're so acquainted with the polluted air in our country ,but foreigners like u seem to be vulnerable to the pollution in Vietnam. Take care and I hope u'll soon be on the road to recovey >:D<</body>
