The kids had a great week! We celebrated Earth Day with an entire week of activities that combined both Earth Day and National Volunteer Week. We made sure that what we were doing for the earth we were also doing for others. Our culminating activity was our Earth Jump. I would like any information you all could share about the Earth Jump events! I teach in a brand new elementary school and we are a "green" school from the ground up. Next week to celebrate Earth Day I want to organize an Earth Jump to coincide with my Jump Rope for Heart event. (Jump Rope for Heart is a fund raiser for the American Heart Association).
