- I am the creator of this network and Co-Founder of Celebration Earth. Since 1990, I have walked 47,000 kilometers through 39 nations planting trees and spreading a message about the beauty of the earth and why we need to preserve the natural environment that we all need to exist. I have had a long involvement with Earthday. Because of my journeys millons of trees have been planted and many people have been inspired to actions. Presently I am walking through China, from Hong Kong to Bejing on the 'Greeni ng the Olympics, Greening The Earth Walk'. I am an author as is my wife Konomi and was chosen as one of one hundred 'earth Lovers' to represent the planet at EXPO 2005. Since 1994, I have been an Ambassador to the 'Cultures of Peace' UN Peace Messenger Initiative, am an advisor to Pathways to Peace, the Charity Ambassador of The Living Rainforest, a UK based institution, Co-Founder of The Wonderful World Tree Planting Festival and Co-Founder of Celebration Earth

- waterfall behind me is located in Bosnia and Herzegovina near the municipality of Sirkoi Brijeg. It is not huge like Niagara but I think it is nice.

I felt such joy today,walking in the park with my dog Wolfie,the sun was shining the sky was blue,the trees were budding & leaves were starting to sprout,I thought why oh why cant the human race look around & see what they are doing to this beautiful planet,there is so much beauty yet so much sorrow.so it really is wonderful what Paul & lots of other humans are doing so much to save this planet,I often wonder why man was put on this earth to destroy it.speak to you all again soon love Shirley

YUJI MIYATA'S CELEBRATION WALK FROM KOREA TO LONDON: 2009 - 2012
On April 22nd Yuji began walking around taiwan where he received lots of support, from the national government, media organisations and individuals. This walk finished on July 4th.
